I seguenti Termini e Condizioni Generali d’Uso regolano il rapporto tra ANGELO LAPI ed il visitatore/cliente.
- Ambito di applicazione
Le presenti Condizioni Generali si applicano esclusivamente ai visitatori e clienti del sito www.angelolapi.com che desiderino visionare ed acquistare i prodotti messi in vendita.
- Validità ed efficacia delle Condizioni Generali.
Con la navigazione all’interno del sito e l’acquisto dei prodotti ivi messi in vendita, l’utente automaticamente accetta le presenti Condizioni Generali. L’utente che non intenda attenersi alle presenti Condizioni è invitato sin d’ora ad abbandonare la navigazione del sito.
Per poter effettuare con successo un ordine è necessario che l’utente:

- Caratteristiche dei prodotti, responsabilità e avvertenze.
ANGELO LAPI offre una vetrina telematica per capi d’abbigliamento prodotti artigianalmente dallo stilista Angelo LAPICCIRELLA, titolare del marchio ANGELO LAPI®. Le immagini dei prodotti proposti in vendita, quindi, sono meramente illustrative delle caratteristiche essenziali della merce. Queste vengono presentate all’interno di ciascuna scheda prodotto.
I capi sono confezionati “su misura” ed in alcuni casi costituiscono un c.d. “pezzo unico”. Trattandosi di prodotti artigianali, alcuni elementi di contorno/accessori potrebbero variare rispetto al modello proposto sul sito, come ad esempio bottoni, nastri, cerniere, ecc. Tali caratteristiche non costituiscono difetti della creazione, bensì dimostrazione della sua derivazione artigianale ed unica.
Durante l’acquisto, il Cliente verrà informato in ordine a tutte le possibili variazioni (minori) che il capo potrebbe presentare. Prima di confermare l’acquisto, al Cliente verrà offerta la possibilità di conoscere tutte le caratteristiche (minori) che differenzieranno il prodotto ordinato rispetto a quello esposto nella vetrina del sito.
Le immagini ed i colori dei prodotti presentati su www.angelolapi.com potrebbero non corrispondere pienamente a quelli reali, per effetto del browser Internet e del monitor utilizzato dall’utente; ANGELO LAPI declina sin d’ora ogni responsabilità in relazione a simili divergenze.
ANGELO LAPI offre piena garanzia in ordine alla qualità e provenienza di tutti i materiali utilizzati, scelti personalmente dallo stilista Angelo LAPICCIRELLA.
- Garanzia ed indicazione dei prezzi
ANGELO LAPI propone in vendita esclusivamente prodotti di alta gamma e prima qualità, creati con materiali accuratamente selezionati e confezionati a mano in ogni loro parte.
Sino al completamento dell’ordine da parte del Cliente, il prezzo dei prodotti potrebbe essere soggetto a modifiche, che si applicheranno dal momento dell’aggiornamento del prezzo sulla vetrina online.
Le richieste di acquisto provenienti da Paesi non compresi fra quelli elencati sul sito non potranno essere accettate da ANGELO LAPI.
Ogni prodotto è venduto munito di cartellino.
Ai sensi degli articoli 130 e seguenti del Decreto Legislativo 7 settembre 2005, n. 206 e successive modificazioni (“Codice del Consumo”) tutti i prodotti in vendita su www.angelolapi.com sono coperti da garanzia legale di ventiquattro (24) mesi per i difetti di conformità rispetto al contratto di vendita. Tali difetti dovranno essere comunicati dal cliente al venditore entro e non oltre due (2) mesi dalla loro scoperta, attraverso la sezione del sito “contatti”. In caso di difetti di conformità accertati, il Cliente ha diritto a richiedere la riparazione, ovvero la sostituzione del prodotto. Nel caso in cui tali rimedi non fossero possibili, oppure eccessivamente onerosi, il Cliente avrà diritto invece ad una riduzione del prezzo pagato o alla risoluzione del contratto di vendita, ai sensi dell’art. 130 del Codice del Consumo.
- Procedura d’acquisto dei prodotti.
È possibile accedere all’acquisto, scegliere i prodotti ed acquistarli anche senza preventiva registrazione.
Il Cliente può inserire nel proprio carrello virtuale uno o più prodotti.
Nella pagina del carrello sarà visualizzato anche l’importo totale dovuto per la consegna dei prodotti scelti.
L’utente potrà procedere al pagamento tramite uno dei psp (Prestatori del Servizio di Pagamento) disponibili sul sito, con inserimento dei dati della carta di credito. ANGELO LAPI non tratta i dati di pagamento del cliente, i quali verranno inseriti, gestiti, processati e trattati in sicurezza e riservatezza dalla piattaforma del psp, secondo la policy da questo applicata. ANGELO LAPI declina sin d’ora ogni responsabilità inerente il trattamento e l’utilizzo dei dati di pagamento.
Al momento dell’inserimento nel carrello dei prodotti, il cliente dovrà specificare l’indirizzo di consegna degli stessi ed un numero telefonico di contatto.
- Preparazione dell’ordine per la consegna e tempistiche.
Terminata la procedura d’acquisto, l’ordine verrà preso in carico.
Poiché i capi vengono prodotti su misura al momento dell’ordinazione, le tempistiche di confezionamento e spedizione varieranno in base alle caratteristiche dello stesso ed ai materiali impiegati.
Le tempistiche di produzione variano dai 20 ad un massimo di 30 giorni; esse verranno comunicate al termine della procedura di acquisto.
Quando l’ordine sarà pronto, ANGELO LAPI comunicherà al Cliente l’avvenuta spedizione del pacco e, se disponibili, verranno inviati dati relativi alla tracciabilità della stessa.
- Reso dei prodotti
Successivamente al pagamento dell’ordine, il Cliente potrà esercitare diritto di recesso ex art. 53 del Codice del Consumo, rivolgendosi all’Assistenza Clienti nella sezione del sito dedicata ai “contatti”.
Il periodo di recesso termina quattordici (14) giorni dopo il giorno in cui il consumatore riceve in consegna l’ordine.
Le spese di reso sono a totale carico del Cliente.
- Informazioni aggiuntive
Il sito in tutte le sue componenti – comprese le immagini, i caratteri, la grafica, il lavoro artistico, le fotografie di prodotto, la documentazione, le descrizioni di prodotto e il software – è di proprietà di ANGELO LAPI, che riserva il diritto esclusivo di implementazione dello stesso.

These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to visitors and customers of the www.angelolapi.com website who wish to view and purchase the products on sale.
- Validity and effectiveness of the General Terms and Conditions.
By browsing the site and purchasing products offered for sale there, the user automatically accepts these General Terms and Conditions. If the user does not wish to comply with these Terms and Conditions, he/she should leave the site.
To successfully place an order, the user must:
- Be an adult;
- Fill in the mandatory fields in the dedicated form;
- Accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use;
- Accept the Privacy and Cookie Policy.
The user also guarantees that all data entered in the registration forms are true, correct, complete and up to date.
ANGELO LAPI reserves the right to deny access to the services in case of doubts about the authenticity of the data entered by the user.
- Product characteristics, liability and warnings.
ANGELO LAPI offers a computerised shop window for garments handcrafted by fashion designer Angelo LAPICCIRELLA, owner of the ANGELO LAPI® brand. The images of the products offered for sale are therefore merely illustrative of the essential characteristics of the goods. These are presented within each product data-sheet.
The garments are ‘tailor-made’ and in some cases constitute a so-called ‘unique piece’. As these are handcrafted products, some of the outlines/accessories may vary from the model proposed on the website, such as buttons, ribbons, zips, etc. These characteristics are not defects in the creation, but rather proof of its handcrafted and unique nature.
During the purchase, the customer will be informed of all possible (minor) variations that the garment may present. Before confirming the purchase, the Customer will be allowed to find out all the (minor) characteristics that will differentiate the product ordered from the one displayed in the website shop window.
The images and colours of the products presented on www.angelolapi.com may not fully correspond to the real ones due to the effect of the Internet browser and monitor used by the user; ANGELO LAPI hereby declines all responsibility concerning such discrepancies.
ANGELO LAPI offers a full guarantee of the quality and origin of all the materials used, chosen personally by the designer Angelo LAPICCIRELLA.
- Warranty and price indication
ANGELO LAPI only offers high-end, top-quality products for sale, created from carefully selected materials and with every part handmade.
Until completion of the order by the Customer, the price of the products may be subject to change, which will apply from the time the price is updated on the online shop window.
Purchase requests from countries not included among those listed on the site cannot be accepted by ANGELO LAPI.
Each product is sold with a tag.
Under articles 130 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 7 September 2005 and subsequent amendments (‘Consumer Code’), all products sold on www.angelolapi.com are covered by a twenty-four (24) month legal warranty for defects of conformity with the sales contract. Such defects must be communicated by the customer to the seller within two (2) months of their discovery at the latest, via the ‘contact’ section of the website. In the event of demonstrated conformity defects, the Customer is entitled to request the repair or replacement of the product. If these remedies are not possible, or if they are excessively onerous, the Customer shall instead be entitled to a reduction in the price paid or to termination of the sales contract, under Article 130 of the Consumer Code.
- Product purchasing procedure.
It is possible to access the website, choose products and purchase them without prior registration.
The customer can place one or more products in their virtual shopping basket.
The basket page will also display the total amount due for delivery of the chosen products.
The user can proceed to payment via one of the PSPs (Payment Service Providers) available on the site, by entering their credit card details. ANGELO LAPI does not process the customer’s payment data, which will be entered, managed, processed and treated securely and confidentially by the PSP platform, according to the policy applied by the latter. ANGELO LAPI declines any responsibility for the processing and use of payment data.
When placing products in the shopping basket, the customer shall specify the delivery address of the products and a contact telephone number.
- Preparing the order for delivery and times.
At the end of the purchase procedure, the order will be processed.
As the garments are made to measure at the time of ordering, packaging and shipping times will vary depending on the characteristics of the garment and the materials used.
Production times vary from 20 to a maximum of 30 days and will be communicated at the end of the purchasing process.
When the order is ready, ANGELO LAPI will inform the Customer of the successful shipment of the parcel and, if available, will send data on its traceability.
- Product returns
After payment of the order, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal under Article 53 of the Consumer Code by contacting Customer Service in the ‘contact’ section of the website.
The withdrawal period shall end fourteen (14) days after the day on which the consumer receives the order.
Return costs are borne entirely by the Customer.
- Additional information
The site in all its components – including images, fonts, graphics, artwork, product photographs, documentation, product descriptions and software – is the property of ANGELO LAPI, which reserves the exclusive right of implementation thereof.
The material contained on the website is protected by copyright.
Unless expressly provided for, it is not permitted to copy, modify, upload, download, transmit, republish for redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes the material contained on the website www.angelolapi.com, including photos, descriptions, designs and stock data of products.
