Mi chiamo Angelo Lapiccirella negli ultimi 15 anni ho lavorato per alcuni brand italiani e non.
Oggi dopo tutte queste esperienze in giro per il mondo, dopo tutte le persone che ho incontrato, ho sentito la necessità di fermarmi ed iniziare a capire chi io fossi e di cosa avessi veramente bisogno.
Così nasce ANGELO LAPI: un progetto in cui la mia creatività è messa a disposizione di un qualcosa che rispetti i miei tempi, il mio pensiero, me stesso, lontano da qualsiasi schema e da qualsiasi dinamica.
Siamo tutti collegati da questo bisogno recondito di fermarci e sentire, rispettare e sostenere noi stessi e quindi gli altri.
L’idea di essere più consapevoli verso tutto ciò che ci circonda.
ANGELO LAPI quindi sposa questo concetto di sostenibilità in tutti i suoi ambiti :
LA CREATIVITÀ ed i suoi tempi devono essere più diluiti rispetto a qualsiasi processo industriale.
A prescindere dalla stagione la collezione quindi è da considerarsi come un continuo flusso di idee ,che sgorgano e che chiunque interessato possa trovare in ogni momento sul sito.
LA CONSAPEVOLEZZA che quello che sta succedendo al nostro pianeta deve riguardarci anche e soprattutto nelle nostre dinamiche giornaliere.
Il mio scopo è costruire qualcosa che a 360° abbia sempre a mente che, nel creare ,nulla deve andare nella direzione opposta al concetto di sostenibilità.
Questo si concretizza nello scegliere materiali 100% naturali o nel riutilizzo di fibre sintetiche che altrimenti andrebbero disperse nell’ambiente.
Nel lavorare il più possibile a chilometro zero rivolgendosi a fornitori locali, cerco materie prime tra tessuti e accessori strutturali(bottoni, zip, fibbie, …) che posso essere stati prodotti e mai venduti.
In questo modo la produzione dei capi rimane esclusiva all’ordine ed in alcuni casi, addirittura nella creazione di pezzi unici, cercando sempre di non andare oltre tutto quello di cui abbiamo veramente bisogno.

Today, after all these experiences around the world, after all the people I have met, I felt the need to stop and take stock, to understand who I was and what I needed.
This is how ANGELO LAPI was created: a project in which my creativity is put at the disposal of something that respects my time, my beliefs, myself, far removed from any scheme or any dynamic.
We are all connected by this hidden need to pause and feel, to respect and support ourselves and therefore others. The idea of being more aware of everything around us.
ANGELO LAPI, therefore, embraces this concept of sustainability in all its areas:
CREATIVITY and the times required must be more diluted than in any other industrial process.
Regardless of the season, the collection should therefore be seen as a continuous flow of ideas, which are generated and there to be discovered on the website at any time by anyone interested.
AWARENESS that what is happening to our planet must also and above all affect us in our daily dynamics.
I aim to construct something with an all-around understanding that, when creating, nothing should go against the concept of sustainability.
This takes the form of choosing 100% natural materials or reusing synthetic fibres that would otherwise be discarded into the environment.
By applying the zero-kilometre philosophy as much as possible, I turn to local suppliers, I look for treated raw materials and structural accessories (buttons, zips, buckles…) that may have been produced and never sold.
In this way the production of garments remains exclusive to the order and in some cases, even resulting in the creation of unique pieces, while always trying not to go beyond what we need.
